A bistro-style kitchen that takes its ingredients seriously: day-boat fish from Howth, beef from a butcher we actually phone, and a chowder regulars order before they sit down.

A dozen cocktails on the list, wine by the glass or the bottle, and a Guinness pour the regulars line up two-deep for. Open from noon Wednesday to Sunday, from five the rest of the week.
